Control

Control,
so hard to get,
yet so easy to lose.

You make it look so easy,
You can control yourself,
I wish I had your power.

But I am weak,
My instincts take over,
and I lose power.

I can't stop,
tears fill my eyes,
as I grab another bite.

As I regain control,
I realize my error,
A whole day's work ruined.

I go to the washroom,
to remove my mistakes,
to flush them down.

Then I am in control.
